Great heavy duty boots! I love my Vasque Alpha for dayhiking but I'm no lightweight, so when I add 45 lbs of camping debris to my back, I need some heavy boots. These fit the bill perfectly.

Comfortable, well made, they still use the Norwegian welt so resoling is a snap. Danner makes great boots. Break in isn't too bad, but don't skip it.
