This backpack is AWESOME. I'm pretty much a pack junky with a bunch of different backpacks, but for traveling this is the last pack I will buy. The mesh back with the pack pulled away from your back provides all-day comfort even in really hot climates and the space is just enough to put everything you need without being so big as to tempt you to take things you don't!

The bottom compartment has a divider that can be disabled by a zipper so you can use the entire space as a large bag. There is also a small vertical storage pocket for a hydration pack that I tend to stuff papers into as it runs the entire length of the backpack. The rain cover is perfect as it provides some bottom cushion to the bag, hides discretely, and is there when you need it. The side pockets tuck away neatly but bellow out when you need to stuff something in there and the lid pocket is good for valuables as the zipper opens right behind your head.

The only MINOR difficulty with this bag is due to the air-mesh back. As it forces the bag to curve a little, it is difficult to stick bulky, inflexible items that are very long and straight (i.e. some camera lenses and large laptops). But, don't let that stop you from ordering this bag, top-notch quality, innovative thinking, and a cool look to boot!
