Summary

Functional lightweight jacket, nice fit, and nice design.

Pros

  • Balance of light weight and warmth
  • Price

Cons

  • None

This is the jacket, or hoodless, version of the Hangfire Hoody.  I've had one of the latter for several years and have used it a lot in spring and fall. A great layering piece. The jacket version is just same, sans hood. This adds a bit of versatility when a hood isn't needed, and reduces weight a bit. Fit and fabrics are the same. No complaints.

Manufacturer's Description

Made for versatility, this fleece jacket moves easily between activities and seasons. Our guides regularly take it to the Himalaya, and it's just as at home in town. Use as outerwear, or layer it under a shell when the weather turns nasty. Soft fabric and breathable stretch panels provide warmth and mobility in any situation.
