Description

The Gunk Jacket is a soft shell jacket made by EMS. It has an average rating of 5 stars (out of 5), based on 1 user review.

Here's what other sites are saying:

From EMS:
"Soft shells seem to do it all! Resist rain and wind, while providing light insulation. Likewise the Gunk, with stretchable Schoeller fabric, is an ideal do-it-all piece for the performance-minded. Best uses: climbing, Nordic skiing, and winter running. Shoeller soft shell fabric resists rain and wind while providing some stretch. Microfleece lining for light, nonbulky warmth. Tailored, athletic fit. Underarm vents and full-zip front for maximum cooling options. Drawcord hem; adjustable cuffs. Wear it over a light performance piece like the EMS Thermonator. Wear it under a waterproof/breathable shell like the EMS Backcountry. And if you were wondering, this jacket takes its name after the Shwangunk cliffs outside of New Paltz, New York."

"I have worn this little number everyday since I bought it. It's even better than I thought it would be and performs as the big brother to my already coveted EMS All Terra Jacket. The Gunk has a little bit more bells and whistles than the All Terra, not to mention this jacket features Schoeller's "Cadillac of the Dryskin line", WB-400."
