Fabric: Polartec Wind Pro
Price Paid: $30
Thin but very wind resistant, not terribly warm. They are thin enough to be useful as a liner for a shell mitten in frigid temperatures. They block the wind amazingly well, especially considering there's no laminate. They breathe well and my hands never feel sweaty. But when it gets colder than 20F, I want something more.
