Evernew really knew what they were doing when they made this one. I like some luxuries when backpacking, and I am willing pay more to save a little weight. I also like to eat well, but I do not like to spend time cleaning up.

This little baby fits the bill perfectly. At only 5 oz, and 7ΒΌ inches, it is just the right size for cooking for one or two persons. The curved sides allow better heat distribution and easy cleaning. The folding handles with silicone heat resistance really do work well. I only use a plastic spatula or spoon, and I pack the pan carefully to avoid scratching the non-stick.
Keep flame settings low to avoid burning (as one would with any thin walled pot).

A must have for the light-weight enthusiast who likes to cook good meals! Definitely worth the cost.
