Exped SynMat Hyperlite
Equal and improved compared to Therm-a-Rest NeoAir Light. Rolls up tight and small. And most importantly, it doesn't bottom out on you like on most air pads.
Pros
- Half the cost as the top brand
- Doesn't bottom out
- Folds up small
- R rating of 3.5
- Weight of 12 oz
- Can put two air pads together to make larger pad
Cons
- Not as well known as Therm-a-Rest
Well well well. I purchased one of the best air pads for half the cost of a Therm-a-Rest and could have not been more pleased with this product. Very rarely do I find a pad that doesn't bottom out, so I was surprised to find this. This pad is equal to the Therm-a-Rest with the bones of being half the cost and having the option of using the Schnozzel.
