Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars
Materials: Leather
Use: Made for major hiking-I use them for everyday construction work boots
Break-in Period: not bad if you have a low instep
Weight: 4-5 lbs
Price Paid: gift

These are definitely my favorite boots for everyday wear. I have five different boots that I trade off with but wear these the most. The size is very generous. Kind of wish I had known they would stretch this much because I would have gotten half size smaller. Great for walking on steep stuff and for balance. Highly recommend. I dare you to wear a pair out!

I purchased these in 1968. I have worn them all over the world. I am wearing them still, and I regard them as the finest product of their type ever made.
