Good To-Go Thai Curry

rated 5 of 5 stars If you like lots of flavor this is your meal! My favorite trail meal! Spicy and flavorful, this beats most of my local restaurants. The instructions are dead on with timing and water required, add time for cold weather. The broccoli holds its texture better than you think and the coconut milk is an amazing detail. Mountain House Scrambled Eggs with Bacon

rated 1 of 5 stars Walk, no, run away from these! Do not buy these, do not try these, they are nasty. The only "camping meal" worse then this is the dreaded MRE Veggie omelet. These taste like shame and regret, which happens to share flavors with cardboard and packing peanuts. My favorite brands in order are Good To-Go, Pack It Gourmet, Mountain House, Outdoor Herbivore, Hawk VittleS, Backpacker's Pantry, AlpineAire, MRE. These do not stand up to MH's typical quality. Valley Food Storage White Bean and Lime Chili

Good To-Go Smoked Three Bean Chili

rated 3.5 of 5 stars One of my new favorite backpacking meals. This was my first GTG dehydrated meal and I really enjoyed it. I tried it on a car camping trip after a day of day hiking in the Blue Ridge Mtns. Yes, you need to bring the water to a boil and yes you need to allow the full 20 minutes. But the wait was worth it.
