The quality of the shelter is excellent and it is easy to put up and take down. The tent is manufactured by North Pole and they must be contacted for parts. I've tried the 800 numbers on the instruction sheet and get a bunch of advertising offers.
When I contacted Gander Mountain, they gave me a local number to call. It's not in service. I'm now trying an email contact. Anyway, I'm satisfied with the product, but frustrated with customer service. Gander Mountain lists the product for $229. So, it isn't cheap.

- Very poor customer service
Great utility design. Easy to put up and take down. Well thought out carrying case including substantial roller wheels. But, if you need parts, customer service is hard to contact.
