Geigerrig Rig 700M

rated 5.0 of 5 stars
photo: Geigerrig Rig 700M hydration pack

These are the best packs I've ever used! High quality materials and well engineered.

Pros

  • High quality materials
  • Pressurized hydration bladder
  • Bladder is dishwasher safe

Cons

  • Haven't found any yet

I bought my first pack for mtn biking. Since then I've gotten rid of all of my other packs and replaced them all with Geigerrig. What sold me on the quality was a Saturday mountain biking trip. On a fast (30+mph) downhill section the rider in front me went down. I also went down and landed on a rock the size of a cantaloup. I didn't feel it due to the pressurized bladder. The only damage was a blown zipper. One call and had a new pack in three days.

Because these bladders are pressurized you can squirt water to give your dog water, wash out wounds, wash dirt out of your eyes, etc.

These bladders can be opened, turned wrong side out, and be washed in the dishwasher. The hoses are attached with a quick connect and you can add an inline water filter.
