"The GoLite Shangri-La 4+ tarp/shelter is a very light, yet versatile tarp. It utilizes either the included collapsible aluminum pole or has external peak hang loops so you can suspend it from tree if the need arises. It is designed for all season use and it is extremely light no matter when you use it. It is made from the very light hydrophobic SilLite RipStop nylon fabric so it won't saturate with water and get heavy. "It's GARGANTUAN! I have the 4+ nest and the 6+ tarp, bought for foul weather conditions to provide ample living space. It far exceeds my expectations.

Easy to pitch, roomy, and strong (depending on the soil you stake to). I had this tent in rain going sideways with 40 mile an hour wind staked into dirt, for a night, not a drop inside."

"I bought the shangrila4+ because it has a very low weight. The central pole means you can stand up in the tent to change trousers etc.

I have recently tested it in a field full of campers at glasonbury festival in three hours of english down pour."
