Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars

Light as a feather, sticks like Superglue. Versatile - designed as leashless, but throw on a set of Androids and you're good to go. Pinkie rest is actually useful, better than the "fang" on other tools. Swing is balanced and solid, penetration is excellent. The double curve shaft supports good wrist position and adds versatility (wrap a little hockey tape on the shaft for grip).

The hammers are essentially useless for driving/ pounding, but are reasonably functional for mixed climbing.

Have used Simond, Petzl and BD... these are the best steep ice tool I've used to-date. The carbide tip is ok but these tools don't lend well to alpine: order an adze (if you can find it) or consider a more basic tool for big climbs.
