Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars

This is a very useful little cooking tool. The spatula is about the size of a table spoon, and the material is slightly elastic. It will give if you put pressure on it. Due to the soft material, it won't damage non-stick surfaces.

I wish they would make nylon utensils, as all my plastic utensils didn't stand up long to the temperatures (forks and spoons disintegrated simply from using them to stir hot water). The spatula has no such problems, and I can't see it breaking without considerable abuse.

In short: it's small, light, heat resistant, gentle on non-stick surfaces and cheap. If you actually cook, not just heat frozen food, it's great to have in your setup.
