I have been buying and wearing Herman's since high school 30 years! Until this last pair purchased at Walmart I had really enjoyed their product. Unfortunately the last pair I bought just before Christmas 2006 are a big disappointment. The soles of both boots split within 4 months and by 9 months side seems were ripping loose. I've had a pair last me several years in the past. Not anymore! I'm sorry to see all the bad reviews of a quality American made boot in the past slip to a worthless import product! I will not buy them again.
