User Review: Herman Survivor
Rating: ![]()
Materials: Gore Tex / Leather
Use: Hunting / Hiking
Break-in Period: Not much
Weight: Lightweight / Waterproof
Price Paid: $100
I bought a pair in '92 for an elk hunt in Colorado. Since that time they've been stored in an ice chest and used only 3x since then, mostly on day hikes. This summer I went camping and on the third day BOTH soles came off the boots at almost the same time! After 15 days in the field these boots were totally unusable. Very dissatisfied with this company's product. The other comments indicate this is not an isolated incident.
