I bought a pair of boots and the inside of the sole at the heel was deformed. They were size 9, but I think the inside sole is 8 1/2 or an 8. There is a big ridge in the bottom at the back of the heel on one shoe and you can push it up and down as it is loose. I never could wear them and I lost the sales receipt. Bought at Wal-mart.
