User Review: Herman Survivor
Rating: ![]()
Materials: leather
Use: Light construction
Break-in Period: 3 days
Weight: 195
Price Paid: $60
After about a month of light construction, the soles had some wear. The sole separated from the "sole's filler" material. Yes, the sole was not solid rubber...it was a filler material with a thin layer of rubber making it look like a 3/8 inch sole. This is wrong and shoe companies should not be allowed to sell this style sole without saying it on the label.
