User Review: Herman Survivor
Rating: ![]()
Price Paid: $80
I have owned a pair of "real" Herman Survivors for over eight years and they are absolutely the best outdoor boot that I have ever owned. They wear like tennis shoes, no break-in period at all. The tread pattern has great grip outdoors but leaves a little to be desired indoors.
The reason that I say real is that I believe that the Herman Survivors trademark was sold to another company, several years ago, that now make the boots that you see in Wal-mart. I may be wrong on this but I am pretty sure this is the case.
