The sleeping bag top and sides are insulated with 550-fill goose down, providing the best warmth-to-weight ratio of any insulation. The bottom of the bag, Polarguard HV continuous-filament polyester, offers superior insulation, compressibility and durable wear. Polarguard HV also continues to insulate even when wet and maintains insulating loft when compressed by body weight. Bag features a relaxed mummy shape for maximum heat retention with a slant-tube, offset seam construction for elimination of cold spots. Contoured Polarguard hood and neck collar seal in warmth; hood has two different drawcords (flat and round) for easy hood adjustment in the dark.
