As of 2010, Integral Designs has been owned by Equip Outdoor Technologies, which also owns Rab. The Integral Designs brand has since been discontinued.

Integral Designs was started in 1986 and includes five complementary product lines: bivys, tarps, bug shelters, mountain tents, and accessories.
