This is a very light mummy bag for warm weather or bivy use. It has kept me warm into the upper 30's, so the rating seems about right. The bag is well made, but is made of very light materials. The nylon lining is very slick and feels uncomfortable against bare skin. I wear long underwear in the bag for comfort. I would recommend this bag for summer mountaineering bivies.
