This bag seems to be warm one night then cold on another. I have used it where the temp is about 32 F and have froze. But once I used it on a mountaineering trip where the temp fell to -32 C and was quite warm. You would need to use this bag in combination with a base layer, down vest, or/and a sleeping bag cover.
