Comfortable sleeping bag with good insulation and weight.

Pros

  • Comfortable design
  • Adequate weight
  • Very little space usage when in storage
  • Water-repellent fabric for vivac

Warmth

Yes, it is warm, and keeps that way all night long. I've used it on vivac with +-0°C and was absolutely fine. Woke up with my face (the part I left outside) wet by the morning mist and in the inside was perfectly dry.

Fit & Comfort

I'm 1,80 mt and have the Regular version (it comes in different sizes) and it's great. I can rise up if I want my face out or deep in if not and have room for either with no problem. The hood can be adjusted from the inside, so there's no need to take out your arms for anything.

Entry & Exit

The zip opens almost completely so it's very easy to get in and out of it. This is also very easy to operate from the inside, you just need to be aware that if you move it up while pulling it towards you it could get caught in the fabric zip cover; push it away while moving and it should be fine.

Moisture

Haven't used it in more warm situations, but in the cold, the moisture goes out with no problem

Packability

Stored in the bag measures 34 cm long and 24 cm of diameter. I think it's a very good size.

It weights 1650 gr, which is 100 gr less than my girlfriend's Marmot Trestles 15, so I think it's a reasonable weight, being longer than hers.

Features

The zip can be attached to another bag if you want to snug with your boy/girlfriend. Also has a mesh inner pocket to store little important things as might be your ID, a lighter, a lantern, etc.

J-W says that it has THERMOZONES to extra protect sensitive areas of your body, which seems to work fine as I have only had good sleeping nights

The shell and liner fabric are treated with insect repellent and antibacterial

The hood has a pocket where you can put your clothes and act as a pillow; I love this feature!

Construction & Durability

It dries out very well and quick when exposed to rain or humidity. The collar area might get a little worn if you have a hard beard as I do sometimes or when not shaving.
