Kelty made the Chinook sleeping bag from synthetic Thermolite Quallo insulation which offers a high loft for padding and trapping heat, plus it insulates when it's wet. The fleece-lined hood adds comfort while the generous baffle collar locks in heat. Kelty moved the seams of the Chinook 0F sleeping bag off the ground so heat won't leak out.
