"Generous hydration waistpack is stable enough for hiking or biking, with an external flap pocket for carrying a helmet, jacket or extra gear. Large main compartment with internal divider holds lunch, jacket plus more--ideally sized for a day hike in the woods or a daily commute to the office. Internal pocket and drink tube port hole let you carry a hydration reservoir (not included) for hands-free drinking. For carrying sunglasses there's a fleece-lined front pocket, plus a cell phone/PDA pouch. Also a front zippered stash pocket for smaller essentials such as keys, sunblock or lip balm.
