I stayed really warm but felt confined. I like to sleep on my side with my legs pulled up and I couldn't do that in this bag. I am a woman and I am 5'6" and it was definitely long enough. I just like a roomier sleeping bag than this one was. Other than that I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone who doesn't mind the slenderness of a regular mummy bag.
