Loved it except it "shed" a little on my shirt. Then I washed per the care instructions and now it sheds so badly it is not wearable.

Contacted REI where I bought it and they offered a full refund but not any suggestions on fixes. Emailed Kuhl 4 days ago and still waiting on a response.
