I've had the Cresta Hunters for six years. They are super comfortable and taller than the Cresta Hiker. I have 12 4E and the wide size fits. Suprisingly, they are still completely waterproof. I have used them alot on weekends: painting a house, mowing grass. I have not walked on alot of concrete, so the soles are in good shape and none of the seams have ripped. LL Bean stopped making the Hunter style, but the Cresta Hikers are probably a great boot.
