"The roomy Lafuma® Dome 40 Daypack has intelligent features typically found only on larger, more expensive packs. Made of micro ripstop polyester and Ballistic 1300 polyamide for pack material that is tear resistant and waterproof; (seams are not sealed). Main compartment is accessible two ways; first, through the top opening; second, through the bottom front, water-resistant zipper. Two gusseted side pockets keep the 10 essentials just a quick zip away. Padded, ergonomic shoulder straps make for comfortable carrying and a stable load; sternum strap keeps the shoulder straps centered off the deltoids. Removable framesheet gives the pack rigidy to stabilize the load and help transfer the weight to the padded belt for comfortable transport. Airflex stretch mesh back panel flexes with the user's movements to ensure a keep-you-dry ventilation gap always exists between back and panel. Locking pole holder lets you carry a hiking staff, fishing pole or ice axe hands-free. Four attachments points on the lid let you strap on light items across the top or down the sides.
