One word... brilliant.

The attention to detail on this pack for climbers is a dream. With gear slings built into the shoulder straps, and an easy to operate hydration system this pack turns you into a non-stop climbing machine!

Excellent design allows the pack to be cinched down tight once you've removed your gear and begin climbing. Tough AND water repellent fabric round out the mix.

Light suspension (non-padded hip belt) does not interfere with harness.

One thing to note: Lowe's suggestion that this is a 1-2 day pack may be stretching things. Even with only a bivy shelter and super-light bag, I doubt I'd be able to fit overnight gear into 40L. Best check out the 50L for multi-day.
