User Review: Lowe Alpine TFX Tundra 65+15

Rating: rated 3.5 of 5 stars
Price Paid: $150

This really is a great pack, as are all the Lowe Alpine packs I've owned.

However the major disadvantage with this pack is the shoulder straps. They are very narrow and  close together. I find that digging in isn't as much of a problem as chaffing the sides of my neck. I'm 5'10" 185lb, if you had a smaller frame I don't think it would be as much of an issue.

I have used the pack on a few overnight and multi day hikes and have had the problem each time.  I have switched to a Millet Namche which is working well.
