This bare-bones GPS is all I really need. It has no mapping and does not remember anything but waypoints (without altitude readings), but use this in conjunction with a topo and what more could you want or need? Great for geo-caching. It is waterproof and tough, and not very heavy. The battery life is quite good also, a benefit of not having a map feature. Looking back, however, I should have paid the 30 or 40 more to get a mapping 200 model.
