From RockCreek:
"Mammut's Acconcagua Jacket is a technical, light, elastic fleece jacket. Great for a base layer in extreme cold, or a jacket for those milder fall nights. The Acconcagua Jacket is a robust and fast-drying fleece on the outside with a soft and warm inside. A fleece jacket that allows freedom of movement, with pre-shaped elbows, lycra sleeves, hem and collar, and thumb loops at the end of the sleeve, helping to keep the sleeve from rolling up into your outer jacket. ***Please note - the Aconcagua Jacket in black has changed. From under the pits down (along side the jacket) there is an accent of Lemongrass (yellow). This jacket is not fully black. "Great stretch fleece, warm enough during a mountain activity.

It protects quite well from the wind: better than a pile, little worse than a windstopper, but it breathes better.
Great product. Maybe even better if bought in sales, as everything. :-D"
