Unfortunately, Marmot discontinued the men's version of this fleece, despite it being the perfect zip-in companion to any of their unlined waterproof shells. When worn alone, it's not waterproof but when they say windproof, they're not kidding: on windy days that aren't too cold, this is all I need over a baselayer! If you need something more thermal, go with a Gore Windstopper piece -- which won't zip directly into a shell.
