Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars
Materials: Leather
Use: Heavy, Next best thing to Plastics.
Weight: ~ 2.4Kg
Price Paid: £140-£150

These boots are excellent. They have a fully stiffned midsole with fibre glass reinforcement.

Gore-Tex Duratherm also keeps your feet very snug and dry in wet weather.

The lacing on the boot holds your feet very firmly, Making tham good for crampon use. They will take full crampons, but step ins are not recomended.

These boots are also available in size 14-UK (49) Which I have. Recomend that in wet weather that gaters are used, Once the water gets in, with the gore-tex, it won't get out.
