The Du Cane is the best pack I've ever used.
The MD durogrid is waterproof and very hardy. It has one large compartment which is wider than the average pack. It is very easy to pack. There is no mission critical zippers waiting to destroy your trip and the BAR (Biomechanical Advantage Rucksack) Harness makes it feel like you're carrying nothing. It has a big waist strap which adds to this comfort. It has plenty of room for long expeditions and won't ever let you down.
