User Review: Mountain Hardwear -15° F mummy
Rating: ![]()
Design: Mummy
Fill: Polarguard 3D
Temperature Rating: -15
Weight: 4 lbs or so.
Price Paid: $269
An ok synthetic bag. Just a few problems I encountered. The zipper gets caught regularly as you try to zip it up, no packcloth type lining like TNF bags. It may be a bit spacious for the average person, cold pockets develop seriously decreasing the heat retention. I normally use down bags but I decided to give synthetic a try, my mistake. Down seems to fill in around your body better and it also breathes better. All in all it is not a horrible bag, just not the one for me.
