Mountain Hardwear Chawa Mitt

rated 4.0 of 5 stars
photo: Mountain Hardwear Chawa Mitt waterproof glove/mitten

Decent mitt for when things plunge into the minuses.

Pros

  • Very cosy and warm
  • Waterproofing is excellent

Cons

  • Poor finger articulation for skiing

Fits slightly bigger than expected and feels comfortable and well insulated, albeit not good for warmer spring ski days. Cuff zips up nicely, but the length is rather long, to better to seal out weather.

So far it has proven durable after one season's use, slight bunching in the palm, but nothing unusual.
