Well, another great product from M.H. and a steal on closeout at most online sites. This jacket is designed for skiing / boarding, with a large hood, (great to flip up over your helmet on a cold chair ride up.) A snow skirt, and a flip down pass horder % a lift ticket attachment ring, 2 internal mesh pockets and a tunes/phone pocket. Then two hand warmer pockets and a chest and sleeve pocket outside with water proof zips. As well as a two way front waterproof zipper and underarm vent zips.

I have a number of M.H. conduit products and it seems as good as gore-tex, and primaloft is light warm, and insulates when wet, so the two together is great. I really like the slippery lining as it just does not grab your layers and makes it great to just grab & throw on for around town, (The hood and powder skirt zip off.)

I have used many different coat combinations, including soft shells, and I keep coming back to a insulated hard shell, as when I get hot skiing down, I just unzip, and vent in cool air, then zip back up and all's well.

To make 5 stars I would add wrist draft gaskets,a cinch up neck gasket, and mesh in the underarm zips to keep out snow and maybe change the shell to a stretchier soft shell material (if still completely waterproof.)
