From Backcountry.com:
"The Mountain Hardwear Exposure II Parka features a longer cut than a traditional jacket, and offers every feature you need to handle conditions from the ski area to the backcountry, from Christmas window-shopping to mountaineering. The Exposure II is absolutely loaded with features to make every mountain adventure as comfortable and high-performance as possible. 2-layer Conduit, Mountain Hardwear's proprietary waterproof, breathable fabric, provides excellent protection from the elements, and efficiently transports moisture away from your skin. A microfleece-lined chinguard and fleece-lined pockets keep every point of contact with your skin warm and soft, and a welded waist cord and powder skirt keeps snow out and the jacket's bulk to a minimum. Articulated sleeves and extra-long Underarm zips give you the freedom to move. Other nice touches include a Napoleon chest pocket, an interior water bottle pocket, a fitted hood, and one-handed drawcords at the hood, waist, and hem."

From Altrec Outdoors:
"Ski patrol proven, the Exposure Parka is built to withstand the rigors of daily alpine use. Made with a dual layer of waterproof and breathable fabric, it features a UV resistant outer layer designed to help the parka maintain its performance even after long-term exposure to intense high altitude sun. Despite the polyester reinforcements to resist abrasion from rock and ice, this shell is remarkably supple and exceptionally comfortable. The Simplex pit zips allow ventilation around the mesh-lined CoolMax torso liner and a powder skirt with gripper elastic keeps snow outside the parka. A specially designed Ergo Hood moves with your head to keep your peripheral vision unimpaired. A buckled webbing strap on back of the hood adjusts with a quick tug from one hand. The Napoleon pocket gives you complete access to the inside of the parka without unzipping the front zipper. There's even a inner pocket that's big enough to hold a quart-sized bottle of your favorite beverage."

"This is a fantastic shell. I bought it before going on a ski trip to Vail in in the middle of a record snowfall winter, and it performed wonderfully over my Mountain Hardwear Compression PL.

PROS:
Very solid construction, I have complete confidence that in rough conditions this shell would hold up well and not rip easily."

"If Mountain Hardwear's goal was to make an inexpensive jacket for all conditions, they succeeded. I have taken mine all over Europe, eastern US, perfect for all seasons. It keeps me warm when it's cold and doesn't make me sweat when it's not so cold."

"This jacket is great. I got it mainly as a ski jacket, but it proves to be good for just about anything. I'll take it winter hiking or backpacking, and it works fine. It's just a bit heavy, but it was not designed as a backpacking jacket. It is also great just around town."
