I'm replacing a 12-year-old Columbia backpack with the Tegu. It's definitely a nicer pack but it has to be the most uncomfortable pack I have ever worn, no matter how I try and adjust it, the thing kills my shoulders.

To me a commuter pack should be pretty comfortable for short walks and decent to marginal for day packing use. This pack is neither, I wouldn't want to be stuck in a day hike with this thing cranking down on my shoulders.

If you're looking for a light duty pack, look elsewhere. I'll be back to shopping for another pack next week after payday.
