I have owned this pack now for close to 5 years, so this is an old model. I have hiked over 500 miles with this pack and I feel it was definitely worth the price. You really appreciate this pack when you put on the weight and hike long distances. I have used this pack in the northeast and in the Colorado Rockies. I highly recommend if you are looking for a pack this size to check it out.
