"The opening is not the easiest to use. The bottle cracked when dropped from a height of less than 3 feet on a trail in the Great Smokey Mountains."

"Since switching to filtered water instead of bottled, we searched high and low for a bottle that fit our needs that DIDN'T have BPA. It was actually harder than we'd expected, but after coming across Nalgene's website we decided if we didn't find anything soon we'd order there."
