Who needs this? I think it is great that someone finally solves the problem of dirty showers at campgrounds or getting feet wet with a heavy dew! I purchased when I found on sale at local outdoor store and already love it!

Pros

  • Great foldable design
  • Keeps feet clean
  • Washable in dish washer

Cons

  • A bit heavy for backpacking at 1lb 4 oz.
  • Could use a nice carry bag (I use a ziplock) for when it is dirty

Awesome! My feet no longer have to get nasty when showering at a campground. For that fact they don't have to get dirty at my tent when I am changing. I have used a towel in the past, but now this product solves many foot issues and I have also found it is handy for short hikes on dew mornings for placing on benches so my bum stays dry.

Really, none of us backpackers or campers "need" this product and most of us have lived years without this but... then someone thought of this and we find that life doesn't have to be a yoga trip at a campground public shower. I don't have to pack wet towels back from the shower anymore as this makes the entire process clean, easy, and handy with fold up size.

I listed that one of the downsides to this product is that it is heavy. Yup, not going to take this on a through trail hike! But, for car camping and those weekends to a campground it is perfect for my feet.

Easy to clean off with a shower spray or wait to get home to really clean in the dishwasher, it is all possible with this silicone product.

I would recommend for anyone who likes to have a dry place to stand when changing, likes to make sure you don't pick up germs at the shower house, or just likes to have a dry bum when sitting on a dew bench when hiking.

Background

So far I have used it for hiking and for overnight camping and it has outperformed my expectations. Purchased on sale, normal price was listed at 20 euro and I think a 8 euro price point is affordable.
Have kept my feet dry, my bum dry, and fits nicely into my backpack.
I use a zip lock gallon size bag as a carry case.
