MoonLit LED Micro Lantern

rated 5 of 5 stars I use this on the trail when the weather makes it dim. I also hang in at least two corners of my tent. Useful for the needs at night when you don't want a full light that may wake your campmates. Because I use a in tent tinkle jar, this is a must for proper lighting for the necessary!! Also can be useful in very dark areas at night to guide where perimeter, tarp, and tent lines are. I even use these great little lights for night walks and hikes. Full review

MoonLit LED Micro Lantern

rated 4.5 of 5 stars With very little modification, this has become my "go to" light source. Over the years I've found that I'm needing less and less light when in camp. I don't backpack in the dark, so a bright light isn't needed...just something to allow me to find things in my tent on moonless nights or to get me far enough away from camp in the middle of the night when nature calls. I've gone from carrying a 5-D cell Maglite and 2-D cell cheapo backup flashlights when I was a kid, to smaller flashlights, to fewer… Full review

Figure 9 Carabiner

rated 4 of 5 stars A tarp camper's friend. These work great for quick tarp setups. Lunch breaks in the rain, late evening campsites, you need a tarp up quick, use these. On a cold, after sundown camp setup my fingers having been in the rain all day would not have been capable of tying good knots in the dark. These little babies allowed my tired self the quick setup that I so wanted. Purists may scoff, but I have an older friend, a WW2 vet, who scoffs at modern climbing hardware. He tells tales of major climbs using… Full review

Figure 9 Tent Line Kit

rated 4 of 5 stars Makes setup for tent or in my case for my tarp/rain fly for my hammock. The reflective ridgeline is a plus. I bought this after my son highly recommend it. He uses his on his ENO tarp. The reflective ridgeline works great in the dark. I'm able to set up faster and easier than tying knots. After using them on a few trips I planning to buy some for my tent. I highly recommend this product to save time and it makes setting up in the dark easier as well. Full review

CamJam Cord Tightener

rated 4 of 5 stars This item is ideal for the person who travels light and needs to make camp and break camp quickly. A must have if you use a tarp for shelter as opposed to a tent. I have used Nite Ize Cam Jams a lot in the past two years. They have become my favorite way to fasten my tarp shelters securely and quickly. They allow me to quickly break down camp and pack up, rather than sitting around fighting a knot when I need to move on in a hurry. I really like how they are compatible with 550 paracord and how… Full review
