User Review: Osprey Crescent 75

Osprey Crescent 75
Above: The current Crescent 75, which may differ slightly from the version reviewed.

Rating: rated 4.5 of 5 stars
Max. Load Carried: 64 lbs. (Much gear mounted outside pack)
Height of Owner: 6'2"
Price Paid: Don't even remeber

This company has an awesome setup for their packs. This pack is perfect for trips lasting less then two weeks+. It has the best fit and performance of all the packs I've ever owned.

The perks are features consistent with all of Osprey's packs- to include heat molded waist straps for a quicker fit and shorter break in period, an indented area behind your neck so that the pack does not get in the way of your looking directly over head, a standard mini-ruck with waist straps for...whatever...and a "suspension" system which softens the load. Side pockets commonly used for water bottles were easily within reach.

The company makes good on their promise to send you a free hat if you send in a picture of you using your pack. I've seen nicer hats, but the price was right.
