"Bought 2 of the 13'X10' Screen Houses and there were no instructions no owners manuals with them. I would rate it if I could put them up...If I ever get them up, I'll let you know how I liked them."

"We've had this piece of garbage for 2 years now and haven't been able to use it since we purchased it. We set it up one day, and by the next day or so it was down. A mild wind came along and the screen house is so "sturdy", that it was knocked down and one of the corner braces broke."

"We unpack it and there were only 3 corners, useless. Had it about 6 months when we got around to using, so couldn't take it back."

"Initially I thought this was great. Easy to set up, worked great. Then along came a very mild storm and a corner connector piece snapped in two and we can't replace it. Company won't stand behind it either! Wasted $50 for NOTHING! I will never buy from this company again...any company that refuses to stand behind its product never gets to see MY money again!"

"I don't know why the other commenter didn't follow through. Once you actually get this thing set up, it is great. My ONLY problem is that I lost the darn instructions, and don't remember which pole goes where! This product, when properly set up, is wonderful."

"This Screen House was made so poorly it never ever got set up. After struggling to set up the poles it was made so poorly that the poles were so shaky they would never have supported the weight of the screen!!! I never took the screen out of the box. Product was completely useless!!"
