Ozark Trail Brent

rated 2.0 of 5 stars

The Brent has been discontinued. If you're looking for something new, check out the best hiking boots for 2024.

Look, everybody rates Ozark Trail boots this way: Very comfortable but wore out in two and a half months. Junk!

Then they give them two or fewer stars.

Hello! They cost twenty bucks! These boots are as comfortable as any hikers I've ever owned, and more so than most of them, yet they cost a quarter to an eighth of the others.

So let's say you rate your $80 Timberlakes five stars for comfort (I wouldn't but that's me). Divide the number of stars by the price ratio and you get 1.25 stars. I rate the Brent 4.5 stars. So I say on a bang for the buck basis, you can't beat this shoe.

If you're going hiking for a year and you can't resupply, this boot is probably not the best choice, but for somebody like me who's only on the trail for 4 days at a time, a few times a year, it's perfect. When they look like they're about to go, I'll buy a new pair.

Why'd I pull half a star? I had to add gel insoles to make them super comfortable.

First off, let me start by saying that these f-ing boots from these f-ing company is nothing BUT SH-T!!! I already bought 2 pairs of boots from this stupid company and they ripped like in the first 3 days of use! They are uncomfortable, one boot is bigger than the other! I strongly wouldn't recommend these boots to anyone! These products are only good for burning!
