after 2 summers of using our 10x10 quest sun shelter, one of the push pins on one leg broke--after contacting customer service we were told our only option would be to purchase an entire new frame for $65--we are very disappointed that they could not offer to sell us just a replacement leg for our shelter. we will not knowingly buy any more of their products if they will not back them better!!

Design: 10x10 sunshelter
Ease of Setup: moderately easy
Price Paid: $70

Miserable customer service. No parts, specially the plastic parts, are available. You have to contact CHINA to get the parts via Air Mail.

We will not buy another NorthPole item again, and we know, they do all the other brands.

Price Paid: $179

Flimsy at best, piece of crap. Could be a good design, but all parts are too thin and weak to stand up to any type of winds.

Source: bought it new
Price Paid: $159

We are on our 3rd 10'x10' Quest Gazebo from Dick's. They bend very easily. This last one we bought is useless because originally I purchased the screen house and tent that attaches to the Gazebo. I was told that the base that I have had in the past is no longer being made. I will try to contact the company and see what they suggest.

Design: 10'x10' Gazebo
Sleeps: 4
Ease of Setup: not very easy
Price Paid: $49.98
